Shipping & Delivery Policy: Suresh Wadkar's Ajivasan Academy of Music, Dance & Art
By enrolling in our courses or using our services, students and parents acknowledge and agree to the following terms and policy.
1. Order Processing Time
- Processing Duration: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
- Shipping Days: Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
- Potential Delays: During high-volume periods (e.g., start of a new semester or during exams), shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Local Pickup (Reception/Helpdesk)
- Policy: Students have no option to collect their items directly from the Academy Reception/Helpdesk Executive.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Notifications: Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking number(s).
- Activation: The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International)
- Responsibility: Ajivasan is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
- Fees: All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the student/customer.
5. Damages & Missing Items
- Liability: The Academy is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
- Claims: If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
- Academy Notification: Notify the Academy Helpdesk within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage so the concern can be logged.
6. No Returns Policy
- Physical Material: Books or merchandise can only be returned or exchanged if found to have manufacturing defects, printing errors, missing pages, or blurred ink.
- Change of Mind: Returns are not accepted for "change of mind" once a package has been collected or shipped.
- Digital Materials: Any digital theory notes or E-books are non-refundable.
