3. Media & Performance Consent

As a performing arts academy, we frequently capture photos and videos of classes, workshops, and events.

• Promotional Use: The Academy reserves the right to use such media for social media, brochures, and website galleries.
• Opt-Out: Parents who do not wish for their child's image to be used in promotional materials must submit a written request to the administration.

• App Access: Digital ID cards and student portals are restricted to Active Students only. Access is automatically revoked upon withdrawal or completion of a course.
• Student Conduct: Students are required to use secure devices (laptops) for online instruction to ensure the privacy of the virtual classroom.

6. Data Retention

• Active Students: We retain student records as long as the student is active.
• Inactive Students: Once a student becomes "Inactive," their personal contact data is archived, and access to Academy digital platforms is disabled.
