By enrolling in our courses or using our services, students and parents acknowledge and agree to the following terms and limitations.

1. Educational & Professional Outcomes

While Ajivasan provides high-quality training led by expert faculty, the Academy makes no guarantees regarding:

  • A student's professional success or placement in the music/film industry.
  • Specific results in external music examinations, as progress depends on the student's individual aptitude, practice, and dedication.
  • Mastery of a skill within a specific timeframe.

2. Faculty & Scheduling

  • Teacher Availability: The Academy reserves the right to change assigned teachers without prior notice due to professional commitments or emergencies.
  • Celebrity/Guest Faculty: Participation of senior mentors (e.g., Suresh Wadkar Sir or Padma Wadkar Ma'am) is subject to availability and is not guaranteed for every session unless explicitly stated in a premium course contract.
  • Schedule Changes: The Academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to events (e.g., Annual Day, ACT, etc.), technical issues, or public holidays.
  • Compensation of Class: Compensation classes will be provided at the Academy's discretion.

3. Physical Health & Safety

  • Vocal/Physical Strain: Students are responsible for following taught techniques to avoid vocal nodules or physical injury (in dance). The Academy is not liable for injuries resulting from improper practice or overexertion outside of supervised instruction.
  • Medical Fitness: Students/parents must inform the Academy of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect participation.

4. Digital Platforms & Technical Issues

  • Third-Party Apps: Use of the Ajivasan App and MCB is at the user's own risk. The Academy is not responsible for data loss, app downtime, or technical glitches caused by third-party servers.
  • Communication: The Academy is not liable for delays in information caused by third-party messaging platform restrictions (e.g., WhatsApp blocks).

5. External Links & Media

  • Third-Party Websites: We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of external links (e.g., YouTube or payment gateways).
  • Unauthorized Recordings: The Academy is not responsible for the unauthorized recording or sharing of online class content by other students.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suresh Wadkar's Ajivasan Music & Dance Academy and its staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use our educational services.
  • Unauthorized access to student data.
  • The conduct of any third party on Academy premises or digital platforms.
