About This Role

Role Summary

This role focuses on driving growth of potential customers and clients for Mumbai branches by managing end-to-end communication, relationship building, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer & Client Growth (Mumbai Branches)
  • Identify, engage, and nurture potential customers and clients for all Mumbai branches.
  • Support branch-level targets by converting enquiries into registrations.
  • Communication Management
  • Handle outgoing and incoming calls related to sales, enquiries, and registration support.
  • Respond to and manage sales and support-related emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate via WhatsApp for quick updates, reminders, and follow-ups with students, parents, teachers, and clients.
  • Stakeholder Coordination
  • Maintain day-to-day coordination with clients, teachers, students, and their parents regarding schedules, classes, payments, and queries.
  • Ensure smooth information flow between branches and all stakeholders.
  • CRM & Follow-ups
  • Update CRM software daily with call logs, enquiry details, follow-up status, and outcomes.
  • Track leads from first contact to closure and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions.
  • Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing students and their families.
  • Provide consistent support and guidance to enhance student satisfaction and retention.
  • Workshops & Events
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and managing relevant workshops and events.
  • Coordinate registrations, confirmations, reminders, and on-ground support for events.
  • Capture attendee details and feedback in the CRM for future engagement.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (phone, email, WhatsApp).
  • Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.
  • Comfortable using CRM or similar software tools.
  • Customer-centric, patient, and relationship-oriented.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks daily.
