Job Summary

• Drive growth of potential customers and clients for branches across PAN India.
• Handle outgoing and incoming calls and emails for sales, registration support, and enquiry resolution.
• Coordinate with prospects and existing clients via WhatsApp for quick communication and follow-ups.
• Manage day-to-day coordination with clients, teachers, students, and parents to ensure smooth operations.
• Update CRM software daily with call logs, follow-up details, lead status, and activity notes.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing students to support retention and referrals.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage relevant workshops and events to support business growth and engagement.
