About This Role

Role Summary

This role focuses on driving growth of potential customers and clients for Mumbai branches by managing the complete communication and coordination cycle—calls, emails, WhatsApp, CRM updates, and event/workshop support—while building long-term relationships with students and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer & Client Growth (Mumbai Branches)
  • Identify, engage, and nurture potential customers and clients for all Mumbai branches.
  • Support branch-level targets by converting enquiries into registrations.
  • Communication Management
  • Handle outgoing and incoming calls related to sales, enquiries, and registration support.
  • Manage email communication for follow-ups, information sharing, and issue resolution.
  • Use WhatsApp for quick coordination, reminders, and sharing updates with clients, teachers, students, and parents.
  • Stakeholder Coordination
  • Coordinate daily with clients, teachers, students, and parents regarding schedules, classes, queries, and support needs.
  • Ensure smooth information flow between branches and all stakeholders.
  • CRM & Follow-ups
  • Update CRM software with all daily activities including calls, emails, WhatsApp interactions, and follow-up status.
  • Track enquiry lifecycle from first contact to registration and post-registration support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for reporting and analysis.
  • Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing students and their parents.
  • Provide consistent support and communication to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Workshops & Events
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing relevant workshops and events.
  • Support pre-event promotions, registrations, confirmations, and post-event feedback collection.

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (phone, email, WhatsApp).
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Good organizational and coordination skills for handling multiple stakeholders.
  • Basic to intermediate CRM or data-entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow up consistently and drive enquiry-to-registration conversions.
  • Comfortable managing time-bound tasks and event-related activities.
